at zhichi we strive to protect what is around us by influencing the vitality of sustainability and ethicality in street culture.

Zhichi prioritises the planet when we make our clothing. Producing in the uk we minimise our carbon miles but this is only a small part of our promise to you.

SeaCell

Yes you heard us right, we are the only start-up streetwear brand currently making our clothing out of seaweed.

SeaCell is a recent development in the textiles and fashion industry and is created by reconstructing the cellulose in seaweed to create fibres which are then woven into yarn.

The solvents used to create these fibres have been labelled as non-toxic but more importantly can be re-used meaning the fabric is made in a closed-loop recycling therefore minimising their impact on the environment.

As an infant brand we are constantly learning about new ways we can reflect our love for the planet in our clothing.

Aesthetics

We are inspired by street wear fashion, current and old trends to mould your aesthetic.

Our baggy aesthetic is taken from street skate culture. (read more in culture section)

Culture

At ZHĪCHÍ we celebrate diversity.

Our clothes are inspired by our surroundings. We mix street culture with minimalism, our clothes represent this.

We make our clothes with seacell

Seacell is the future. Breathable, soft and an anti-irritant.

A thick soft silky feel, whilst being 50% more breathable than cotton making it perfect for a hot day. Seacell is a fabric made for people with sensitive skin as it has anti-irritant properties.
